Serie A champions AC Milan are set to sign Charles de Ketelaere on permanent deal from Club Brugge.
The full agreement set to be reached between the clubs after long negotiations, fee will be up to potential £30m (€36m) package with add-ons included.
Medical tests are being scheduled in the next few days in order to unveil de Ketelaere as new AC Milan player next week.
Personal terms agreed weeks ago on a five year deal, as de Ketelaere only wanted AC Milan move.
