The United States blacklists 34 foreign entities, which consists 23 from China in connection to the situation in Xinjiang and 6 from Russia for acquire of military electronic components.


This according to the Commerce Department ruling to be posted on Monday.


“The Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) add-on 34 entities to the Entity List for their involvement in, or risk of becoming involved in activities contrary to the foreign policy and national security interests of the United States.’’


Chinese companies have been blacklisted for their alleged connection to the human rights violations towards Uyghurs within the Xinjiang region.


The Russian entities observed themselves on the list because of their alleged involvement within the procurement of United States made electronic components that are deemed through Washington as able to advancing Russian navy programmes.
