The Department of State Services has showed assault on activist Sunday Adeniyi Adeyemo AKA Igboho’s house in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Recall that within the early hours of Thursday, Igboho’s house placed at Soka region of Ibadan turned into invaded through a few gunmen suspected to be safety agents.
The house, in keeping with people who spoke with Daily Post on Thursday become invaded round 2.am.
The invasion reportedly lasted until round 5.am.
However, DSS, whilst confirming the raid, paraded eleven guys and a lady arrested after the fierce battle.
The Public Relations Officer of the DSS, Dr. Peter Afunanya on Thursday night time stated the operatives recovered a cache of arms together with seven AK-forty seven rifles and hundreds of ammunition from Igboho’s house.
He stated the suspects have been taken to Abuja whilst Igboho escaped.
Afunanya stressed that the operatives has released a manhunt for Igboho, including that he might be tracked.
