Stella Oduah Ex-Aviation Minister In Court Of Law Over Alleged Monetary Embezzlement

The Ex-Aviation Minister, Senator Stella Oduah on Monday seemed on the Federal High Court, Abuja over alleged monetary corruption.
In a 25 count favored towards the previous minister and 8 others, they're accused of fraud and diversion of funds thru the operation of nameless financial institution accounts.
At the resumed sitting, Hassan Liman, the prosecutor, informed the court of law that the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been not able to serve the charges at the 5th and 6th defendants who're corporate bodies.
The prosecutor, therefore, asked for an adjournment.
The controlling judge, Justice Inyang Ekwo then fixed April 19, 2021, for the indictment.
Justice Inyang Ekwo had previously fixed February 22 for the indictment due to the fact the Former Minister was yet to be served with the court of law processes while the case was first cited on February 9, 2021.
